1. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are in MYR and may change at any time without prior notice.

  • Product availability may vary by outlet.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
  • Once payment is received and preparation begins, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order due to stock issues, system errors, or pricing inaccuracies.

3. Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup and delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur and do not entitle the customer to refunds.
  • For delivery orders, responsibility for the product passes to the delivery partner once it leaves our outlet.
  • Muu Tea is not liable for spillage, melting, temperature changes, or delays caused by delivery providers or third parties.

4. Refunds & Replacements

All sales are final. Refunds or replacements will only be considered in cases of:

  • Wrong item provided
  • Missing item
  • Verifiable product defect at pickup

Taste preference, change of mind, or personal expectations are not grounds for refunds.

5. Allergies & Dietary Information

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and allergen information before ordering.
  • Muu Tea will not be liable for allergic reactions or dietary concerns not disclosed prior to purchase.

6. Promotions, Vouchers & Discounts

  • All promotions, vouchers, and discounts are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn at any time.
  • Vouchers and promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

7. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muu Tea, its affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products, services, or website.

Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected order.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, images, and content on muutea.my are the property of Muu Tea and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Johor, Malaysia.
